Dysart considers changes to nuisance ordinance
The City of Dysart is Looking At Updating Language For Nuisance Ordinance

Dysart’s proposed nuisance-ordinance changes are scheduled for a second reading at the City Council’s October 14 meeting, City Clerk Tabby Kaiser told KRTR in a September 30 email.
Kaiser said Ordinance 333 would update language concerning junk, clarify authority to determine that a nuisance exists, address abatement or municipal infractions, and add definitions. Her summary does not establish that the ordinance has been adopted or is in effect.
The council approved the first reading 4–0 on September 9. Details of the proposed changes are still coming. The second reading is another step in the council’s consideration of the ordinance, rather than confirmation that new requirements are already in effect.
